Yes. Research shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for many issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges. Online therapy also makes it easier to access support without commuting or disrupting your routine.

Our services are frequently covered (or partially covered) by many Extended Health Benefit Providers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Medavie Blue Cross, Greenshield, Empire Life, and Desjardins. Coverage for psychotherapy typically falls under “Paramedical Claims,” “Health Benefits,” or a “Health Spending Account.” We’ll provide official receipts for easy reimbursement—just check with your provider to confirm your specific coverage.

We offer therapy 7 days a week, with appointments available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including evenings and weekends. This allows you to get the support you need on your schedule—whether it’s before work, after school, or anytime in between.
